Senior Officer in Command Bunker

Hy all!
The defender player in an attak/defence scenario has the option to include in his army a "Command Bunker", so he can field a further "Senior Officer" for the force (the other being the normal "Forward Haedquarter" unit).
In this case, is the defender allowed for twice the special rules/orders opportunities related to this feature (e.g. order dice/reserve re-roll, two BR counter taken if both lost and Tactical Co-Ordination order)?

Hi:

It´s an aditional senior officer. So, yes. Extra +1 for orders, extra opportunity for tactical coordination, and of course you take 2 BR counters if you lose it.
