I have seen some awesome German motorcycle sidecar with MG models I would love to own but can not find rules for them. Anyone know which supplement I need?

There aren't any. It's just a method of transport for the rifle and MG elements of the kradschutzen squad who dismount to fight as normal. Three such vehicles carry the LMG team and two rifle groups.
