Upgrade of Infanty Platoon

Hi!

If I upgrade a British Infantry Platoon for 31 pts to veteran, are only the Platoon Command Squad, Rifle Sections and Light Mortar Team veterans now or the other Platoon Support units (comabat medic, AT Gund etc.) too?

Just the platoon not the platoon supports

But that means the support con't be upgraded to veteran? Seems strange to me.

Why?

The platoon becomes over month of combat in the desert veterans, but the two crazy guys with the Anti-Tank Rifle or the Vickers team don't get any combat experience? It should be possible to upgrade these teams too.

Well mortars and HMG teams wouldn't be from the platoon so wouldn't have the same experience...

But if you really want to play them as such, then go for it.
