US Heavy Anti-Tank Gun

For the first time, I'm building an American battlegroup for FotR.
I noticed that there is no Heavy Anti-Tank Gun (3" gun) unit in the book, is it really the case or is it a typo?

Not a typo they were withdrawn from service due to poor performance/high casualties compared to SP in the Ardennes.

I figured that would be the case, which is a shame , because I just painted a 3 "gun unit in winter uniform to use in my games.

I have literally done the exact same thing this weekend jfariahitech, and I've just noticed this comment lol Shoudl have picked up those 57mm guns instead. O well the excess will make for suitable loader teams.

At least you can use them for Wacht am Rhein!

I did use them unpainted ashamedly in my Wacht em Rhine game vs Ben the other week. Couldn't do much about/against a sturmtiger mind lol
