Off-table Multiple Rocket Launchers Rate of Fire

Hello,
I have a question regarding off-table multiple rocket launchers such as the German 150/210/280mm Nebelwerfers or the Soviet Katyuschas.

Does the off-table battery also have to reload for 2 turns like the respective on-table variants e.g.
Turn 1: Firing
Turn 2: Reload
Turn 3: Relaod
Turn 4: Fire
Or can they fire every turn (e.g. no reloading/firing each turn). As especially the German 280mm Nebelwerfer off-table variant is much more expesive than the on-table variant (280 pts compared to 86 pts) this must be somewhere justified..

sorry the delay. Yes, they must follow the rules for multiple rocket launchers. Even if off-board. So, 2 turns reloading.

Yes, you have to remember these units often had to relocate after one salvo to avoid incoming counter battery fire, as those smoke trails gave their position away!
