Perhaps this nicely reflects command and control issues, which were pretty poor for most armies in 1939/40 and generally pretty good in 1945, so in early war lots of units and few orders, late war fewer units but they can mostly do something?

And Germans don't have an issue with orders in 39/40 games.

French, Poles, Belgians and BEF on the other hand...

You can say what you want. Doesn't make you right though. For me it reflects early command and control issues, despite Russians having Stal Stal which can offset theirs.



If you want more orders and want a game where everything is magically under God like control, then use more order dice or play a different game. SimpleS. Smile

Or don't take a Tank Company in such a small game.
