Town road try-out

With the intention of making some town roads, I bought this pavement pattern rolling pin from Greenstuff world - it's the one for 28mm, so I've been trying it out on a piece of foamboard to see how it scales with 20mm, and in a word: not so good... What do you guys think?

I have already ordered the 15mm version, so I'll soon find out if that's better - and hopefully not too small!

They look right to me.

funny enough, received yesterday the 15mm one.
tried it immediately on a piece of foam.. and some clay..
Looks all right to me.
