Reserves arrival procedure

Which way do reserves arrive.

A: Do you roll for reserves, place them on the table edge. then roll for orders?
B: Do you roll for orders, then roll for reserves which enter using an order?

I've read somewhere that you put them on the table, then roll for orders, but I cannot find it back..

It is somewhat hidden in the rules. On page 49 of the HC rulebook Reserves are generally described. One page 72, Recce Screen, under 7. Reinforcements, you find the sentence "Players continue to roll for reinforcments at the start of each of their subsequent turns..." As rolling for Orders is already part (Step 1) of your turn, it means you first roll for Reserves, place them on the table, and only after tha,t you roll for orders.

A is right, they arrive, are placed, then get an order (or not).
