I have one question more - if result in penetration table is equel, tank is pinned and must make morale test. Result 1 in morale test meant crew can be forced to abadon tank (already pinned as result equel) ?

Well, the topic had run it's course. You asked for clarification of a rule, and you got a 'word-of-god' explanation of the intent of the rule. The fact you disagreed with it and wanted to argue the point from a position that holds no relevance to the philosophy of the ruleset, namely that you feel it wasn't 'balanced' wasn't really going to go anywhere.

Yes, your interpretation of the rule is correct. Crews abandoned intact, or lightly damaged tanks all the time, and it would be ahistorical of the game not to factor that in.

You are again free to disagree with it, but should that be the case, the people you need to persuade are your gaming group, not the authors of the rules, or the community on this forum who, on the whole seem to be perfectly happy with the rules as written (those that read them, at least...).
