Manouvre and Fire

Is it possible to give an order of manouvre and fire, when the target is not in LoS? (the target is in los only after the movement)

Example
I order a Stug to move and shoot.
Move to a Us Jeep (target) that only at the end of the movement (or part) is in LOS. At this point I shoot.

You can't move on Ambush only Reserve Move. 

A unit could ambush a unit moving and firing.
