Pantherturm

Hy guys!
Being a Pantherturm neither a vehicle nor exatly a deployed gun, I have the following doubt/questions about the use of to hit modificators and cover levels :

- against direct fire (AP), is it entitled to the -1 modificators for "Deployed gun" and/or "Obscured target"? (rationale: very little target);
- is it subject to a cover save die roll even if placed in open ground? (rationale: similar to a dug-in tank and/or a deployed gun in ATG dug-out);
- if eligible for cover save, could it be considered in "reinforced cover" rather than "hard cover"? (rationale: being almost fully embedded in a wood or concrete structure his cover is better than those afforded by a dug-in).

Nothing is written aobut that. But common sense would be:

- yes, -1 modifier, similar to firing at an AT gun
- Would say yes also. It´s like a hull-down tank
- would leave the cover save at 4+

For the cover save, still using common sense, one could house-rule that the 3+ die roll is entitled only for the pantherstellung "stahluntersatz" emplaced inside the dug-in concrete bunker like this one


while the less advantageous 4+ modifier can be used in situation like this
