Quick question - are there stats for this monster in any of the supplements please? A "friend" bought one in 1/144 and is looking to use it...

Well, such a big gun would be firing from off-table so there will be no stats for the actual vehicle. The biggest guns so far in BG are off-board 14" naval guns. If you want one on the table, you could use it as a kind of special objective, with the Germans having to retreat it from the table.
