PZ IV additions Empty PZ IV additions

The wehrmacht needs support for the 6 Panthers and 6 PZ III. I'm going to add one more PZ III platoon eventually. Seems like a nice round mix to choose from for kursk battles. Initial prime before assembly on those in the back. Attempting camo on first 3. Still needs more work on them. Problems of mass building, I've around 60 assembled vehicles in various stages of paint.
