In the latest FAQ, there is a reference to aimed HE targeting buildings in an effort to collapse it

It doesn't seem to mention the number of hits that the different building types can take before totally collapsing.

Has anyone else adopted this rule and how do you handle the details please?

The building optional rules are in the FOTR supplement, and also repeated in the new rulebook.
Basically a normal building has 3 structural points.
