Panzer Ace

The German Panzerdivision Battlegroup in this book has the option for "Panzer Ace".
It says "upgrade a single tank or assault gun chosen from the Tanks or Special Units section of the Army List to a Panzer Ace" ......

Can I also use this upgrade for
a) the FHQ in a Panzer IV H or a Panther A / G ?
b) Jagdpanzer IV or Jagdpanther or the like ?

the FHQ is not in the "section", but if it's upgraded to tank then it should be
if that's enough ("should be") ....... I don't know
but otherwise no one of the Panzer Ace Commanders is possible to be played, like Wittmann or the like

assault gun:
in the main rule section the Jagdpanther is rated as assault gun = possible upgrade to Panzer Ace
in the BG-section it is rated as self-propelled AT-gun, and that's a different Story

the Jagdpanther was both, so what ......
I would give one Jagdpanther the possibility to be upgraded
it deems correct, there are historical parallels and it won't change the course of the game
