Ferdinand Armor Empty Ferdinand Armor

Thu May 03, 2018 1:35 am
Ferdinand has its rear armor listed as N, which in game terms is approx. 30mm, while historically it was similar to Tiger's, being 80mm (so around J). Is that a typo or a delibarate treatment for a reason I fail to see?

Cheers!

Ferdinand Armor Empty Re: Ferdinand Armor

The rear armour value in BG often functions in the role of the top or bottom armour wich is often the weakest on a tank. For example with the Pz III the hull rear armour was thicker than the hull side armour, yet in BG both values are the same. But why the Ferdinand has only an armour value of N? Can't say, would have to guess.
